The orientation of lot 50 is for ocean views. It sits on a tier higher than lots in front, and is cattycorner to the 4950 square meter green area for unobstructed ocean views to the southwest. With the tiers and building height restrictions, there are also ocean views to the west and to the northwest.

The street access to lot #50 is from the back, east side. All the utilities are underground, and water and the community septic system is in place.

The total surface area of the lot is 329.84 square meters, which is approximately 3550 square feet. (329.84 x 10.764)

In the catty-corner green area, currently a swimming pool and clubhouse is planned.

Directions to Lot #50:

Drive on the toll road heading south from San Diego. About 15 minutes south of Rosarito, look for the Punta Piedra exit. At the bottom of the ramp, head east ( left ), under the freeway. Make a right turn at a gated area that may still be unmanned at this time, which is Avenida Napoles. Make your first left, Calle Sicilia, drive to the back of the development, and make a right turn on Calle Granada, and drive past 6 lots, the 7th lot is lot #50.
