1. When will the units be completed?
Nov. 2008 Tower A,
 
2. How big is the community?
72 Units per Tower, 4 Towers & 14 Villas.  
 
3. When will the club house be finished?
Nov. 2008 also 2 of the 4 tennis courts.
 
4. The indoor pool and outdoor pool be finish?
Yes 2 pools will be ready with Tower A.
 
5. Do all the condos have ocean views?
Yes, all of the condos have Ocean views.
 
6. Do you have a Sandy Beach?
Yes, we build an artificial “Private Sandy Beach”
 
7. What is the beach access?
Control access to and from the beach
 
8. What services will you provide?
Spa, Gym, Yoga, cleaning services (upon request), property management office, business center, concierge, valet parking, security 24/7, convenience store...
 
9. Do you fire sprinklers in the units?
Yes, but No Pump….
 
10. How high are the ceilings?
10ft. Great room, 9ft. bedrooms & 8 ft. hallways
 
11. What sound proof features are you using?
Double walls between the units and cork fiber between the floors.
 
12. Is your Granite standard? If so is it a slat or tile?
Yes Granite is standard slat.
 
13. Do you have 24 hour security?
Yes and also security cameras.
 
14. How many unites per floor?
Only 4.
 
15. How many elevates per floor?
3
 
16. How many parking spaces will I have?
2 pre-assigned spaces in the gated underground parking.
 
17. How close is the nearest Golf Course?

Baja Mar 15 min. drive, or If you don’t want to drive use the private shuttle service.
 
18. How close is the Wine Country?
30 minutes.
 
19. How closet is the nearest restaurant?
2 minutes Cantamar or if you prefer we have a Bistro at the Club house.
 
20. What is the developer’s history?
25 years in business specialized with the high end clientele of Mexico City.
 
21. If I where to buy do you offer Escrow?
Yes
 
22. Are you approved for title insurance?  
Yes, all of our paper work is updated.
 
23. How much are the fees here?
Estimates are between 300-350 per month.
 
24. Last time we went to Mexico it was a problem for my husband, since he is on a wheelchair, what are you doing about it?
PDM 100% handicap accessible, (elevators, ramps, huge hallways, etc)
 
25. Do you have water?
Yes, we have water tanks on the roof of each tower this guarantee the pressure and availability.
 
26. Is clean the water on the Ocean?
Yes, we are fortunate to have excellent quality of water in our beach, every two months we run tests. (May be Max knows more about this issue or can explained better)
 
27. Is safe to drive in Mexico?
Yes, but if you prefer not to drive, we can provide the private shuttle service to pick you up on the border or SD Airport.
 

28. What happen if electricity fails?
Here at PDM we have a back up generator that will guarantee the service on 5 bulbs of each condo, 3 AC outlets and the elevator service.
 

29. If I buy a unit would I be able to rent it?
Yes, you can rent it and if you want the property management office will take care of everything.
 
30. Can I bring my best friend (My Dog)?
Yes, we are 100% pet friendly.
 
31. I’m retired but my wife works from home, do you have High speed Internet & phone service?

Yes, we have wireless High Speed Internet on all of the common areas, and you’re unit comes prewired for Internet, phone & Satellite, all you need to do is hire the provider that works best for you.
